Doug Anderson

Vice President of Asset Management

Relationships. Respect. Results.

After a 15-year career in banking, Doug learned that success in business, regardless of industry, was based on relationships: relationships with clients and vendors built on trust, and relationships with colleagues based on respect. When combined, positive results are inevitable. With that formula at the forefront, Doug is honored to serve as Vice President of Asset Management, a role that allows him to focus on his passions in investment real estate and team leadership.

Doug holds a B.A. in Finance from Central College and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Doug is analytical and thoughtful by nature, traits that provide for a solid foundation as an analyst in commercial lending. He used that foundation to develop and foster client relationships across a wide range of industries for community and regional banks. In recent years, Doug focused exclusively on investment real estate, financing projects in the multi-family sector. This narrowed focus ultimately led him to this leadership position in an organization of which he is proud to be a part.

Community Involvement

Currently, Doug serves on the Board of Trustees for Goodwill Omaha and is also a Board Member of Crowell Memorial Home in Blair, Nebraska.
