In over 13 years, Jim has participated in every aspect of property management. With his hands-on approach and industry knowledge, Jim has been an integral part in developing HD’s best practices and procedures. Since his start with HD in 2014, units under management have grown from 230 to over 800. With acquisitions ranging from ground-up builds to complete destabilization rehabs, Jim has experienced it all.
