Darion began his journey in maintenance as a groundskeeper in high school and then elevated to a maintenance technician/supervisor after graduating college. Prior to joining HD, Darion worked for a rapidly growing multi-family property management company based in Omaha serving as a maintenance manager overseeing a portfolio of 6,000 units.
