Mikayla joins Percipio Business Advisors as Consulting Manager, collaborating closely with some of the firm’s largest clients to optimize financial systems and processes. Mikayla’s prior experience includes in-depth business advisory, specializing in financial statement preparation, business process improvement, high-risk technical accounting transactions, and audit readiness for her clients. Mikayla also has experience in public accounting as a Senior Associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and went on to earn a Master’s of Accountancy and Data Analytics at the University of Mississippi.
When not working, Mikayla enjoys spending time with her Shih-poo, Groot, traveling with her husband, reading fiction novels and crocheting.
