Chris is a seasoned Human Resources leader known for her approachable, welcoming demeanor, her ability to multitask effectively, and her commitment to fostering positive, healthy workplace environments. She brings a blend of HR leadership, administrative expertise, financial acumen, and people-focused problem-solving to every role. With more than 18 years of comprehensive HR experience and over 35 years in customer service, project management, payroll, and accounting, Chris is skilled in designing and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth, enhance company culture, and improve operational efficiency.

Earlier in her career, Chris held several leadership positions in the banking sector, including AVP of Human Resources & Accounting, Security Officer, and Branch Operations Manager. In these roles, she oversaw payroll, benefits, accounting functions, bank security, staff training, compliance, and operational oversight, building a strong foundation in both people and process management.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with her adult children, celebrating the holidays with family, and sewing and crafting.

Community Involvement

Chris is actively involved in her community, volunteering with the drama department at Brownell Talbot.
