Jenna serves as the Accounting Manager for Kubat Respiratory and Kubat Compounding, and also provides financial support to Percipio Development Group and Percipio Workforce Solutions. With more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she is responsible for overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and full month-end closing processes. She is skilled in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across fast-paced healthcare environments. Jenna is adept at streamlining workflows, improving internal controls, and supporting cross-functional teams through timely and reliable financial reporting. She is a dependable leader who maintains a patient-focused mindset while upholding financial integrity and organizational success.
Prior to transitioning to Percipio in February 2024, Jenna began her career with Kubat Pharmacy in May 2011, where she held a variety of roles that strengthened her expertise in healthcare operations, accounting functions, and organizational processes. Her diverse experience across multiple departments has equipped her with a deep understanding of the organization and its evolving needs.
Jenna received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Policy from Creighton University and is currently pursuing a Master of Accounting from Bellevue University. She enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog, Shade, and relaxing with a good book.
