Trevor works to improve existing systems and develop more efficient solutions that arise with HD Omaha. His role includes finding and creating new reports showing key performance indicators such as closing ratios, renewal rates, and vacancy rates/length of vacancies. Trevor began his career as a Property Management Intern with HD Omaha from May 2023 to May 2024, before joining Percipio Partners as a Business Operations Analyst following his graduation from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2024.
Trevor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, playing with their dogs, and watching Yankees games during the summer. He is also an avid golfer and takes any chance to get out on the course.
